Climbing Instruction

Treetop Explorations offers instruction in tree-climbing safety and techniques. Using methods adapted from rock-climbers, arborists, and canopy researchers we teach ways of getting into the forest canopy and moving about in it safely.

Through our work at ecotourism lodges in the Amazon Basin, we have instructed thousands of people in climbing and rappelling, including adults as well as many groups of middle-school children.

Climbing instruction by Treetop Explorations is available to junior high and high schools, universities, non-profit organizations, workshops and other groups, and we are equipped to travel to your location.
